Sooo lately I've been obsessing over cupcakes and it drives me crazy because as much as I want to eat a dozen of them a day, I can't. When I went to New York, I discovered a little cupcake joint in Soho called Baked by Melissa. Let me tell you.....they are to DIE for!! They're mini cupcakes that come in about..maybe 10 flavors? My favorite of all is Smores. mmMMm!!!
But back to cupcakes. Have you noticed all the cupcake shows on TV? Cupcake Wars, DC cupcakes, etc. They're so inspiring and really make me want to bake!!! Alright that's it for now....Ciao!
